The Dalmore 15 years Single Malt is finished in different styles of sherry casks including Apostoles, Amoroso and Matusalem Oloroso. The aromas are full of Orange Marmalade, cinnamon, and nutmeg. On the taste it gives hints of mandarin, vanilla, ginger and crushed apples. The finishing touch is of caramalised orange with rich dark chocolate taste.
