Product Description : A choice of connoisseurs and food lovers as this wine is refined, poised and well-balanced. The Chardonnay grape is hand-picked and whole bunch is pressed to keep wine fresh and crisp. Wild Yeast is added for fermentation and the juice is aged barrels for 11 months with malolactic fermentation process to provide balance to the wine. The Cloudy Bay Chardonnay is a burst of warmth and intensity and the nose gives aromas of white peach, apricot, ripe citrus and warm hay. This wine goes well with Caprese Salad, Soft cow cheese, cream sauces or anything smoked or chargrilled.
Best Way to Drink : Serve at 10-12 Degree Celsius.
Recommended Glass : Narrow mouth glass should be used to drink White Wine. The glass has to be held at the stem to keep the wine cool and avoid exchange of body warmth with the glass.
