Product Description : This wine comes from the Margaret River region of Australia. This wine is made from a combination of 58% of Sauvignon Blanc and 42% of Semillion variety of grapes. The grapes from Margaret River area are unique and they are harvested during night or early morning to capture the vibrant, fresh flavours with bright acidity. The extended fermentation process is used and 5% of the blend is fermented in seasoned French Oak cask to add richness and texture. The wine is fermented for 4 months before bottling. A light hay colour with green shades this wine has aromas of fresh green lime, lemon Sorbet, crisp cucumber with hints of fresh cut lemon grass, pink peppercorn. This wine goes well with spicy Lakasa Soup with Smoked Tofu or BBQ Meats.
Best Way to Drink : Serve at 10-12 Degree Celsius.
Recommended Glass : Narrow mouth glass should be used to drink White Wine. The glass has to be held at the stem to keep the wine cool and avoid exchange of body warmth with the glass.
