Whole shiraz grapes are steeped in the high proof gin for 8 weeks before pressing. The result is a deep rich purple colour with flavour of rich botanicals, citrus, spices and taste of shiraz grapes. There is no added sugar and the combination of the grain and botanicals includes Juniper, pepperberry, Shiraz Grapes, Coriander, Star Anise, Green Cardamom, Cassia, Lavender, Angelica roots and Lemon Myrtle.
