Product Description  : Gin Mare is made in a distillery which used to be a 13^th Century Chapel in Costa Brava region. Each bottle of Gin Mare is unique as the acidity levels of the star ingredient “the arbequina olive” changes every year which makes the distillation process of Gin a unique process of culinary art. The star ingredient Arbequina Olive from Spain, Basil from Italy, Rosemary from Greece and Thyme from Turkey, Orange and lemon from Seville, Coriander, Juniper Berries, Green Cardamom all these combined make Gin Mare a Unique Mediterranean Gin. Gin Mare has characteristics of spiciness, aromatic herbs and citrus notes.
