This whisky is matured in American and European Sherry oak casks. Highland Park 12 years is spicy, well-rounded, and full of flavours of Seville Oranges, rich fruit cake spiced with Cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves. You will find notes of molten heather honey and peat smoke.
Best Way to Drink : The best way to drink a scotch is to have it neat at room temperature or you can also drink it on the rocks or with plain water. Try it along with Wasabi peas as an accompaniment to enhance the spicy taste of this scotch.
