Product Description: Vaccari is an Italian brand of Liqueur. Vaccari Sambuca is colourless with a strong flavour of Anise. It is a sweet strong liqueur, whose base is Essential Oils extracted from Star Anise seeds through a steam distillation process with added sugar. It has a nose of liquorice roots, fennel and anise. The finish is peppery and spicy.
Best way to drink it: It can be served flamed after consuming a few coffee beans or just serve it over ice-cream.
