Barton & Guestier Sancerre – White Wine

Product Description : This wine comes from the French region of Loire valley situated on left bank of Pouilly Sur Loire. Made from 100% Grape variety of Sauvignon Blanc, the grapes are from this valley are unique due to the content of chalky limestone in this valley. Continental climate with cold and dry winters and a hot sunny summer makes the grapes unique. The vinification process is done by pressing the grapes and alcoholic fermentation is done at 20 Degree Celsius. The ageing is done in vats with oxygenation process. Pale yellow in colour with green highlights, it has intense aromas of flowers (acasia), White berries, and exotic fruits like pineapple with a touch of citrus (grapefruit). Tastes fresh with long mineral finish. This wine goes well with Grilled fish, shellfish
