The malt barns are proprietary, having their own barley. The fermentation period is well defined and the casks are hand selected for each new batch. The scotch is not just smokey but rich in fruit and sea salts which is so characteristic of Bowmore Distillery. Bowmore 12 years old is both complex and perfectly balanced. Subtle lemon and sweet heather honey complement Bowmore’s trademark peat smoke, leading to a delicious, long and mellow finish. Warm Amber in colour this Single malt has subtle taste of dark chocolate flavours.
