Product Description: Bundaberg is also known as Bundy, a dark rum produced in Queensland Australia. The key ingredient in Bundaberg Rum is Molasses, Water & in house made yeast. This mixture is fermented for 2 days in the tanks and then distilled. The vapours of distillation are condensed into raw rum. The raw rum is matured in Wooden White Oak Vats for minimum of 2 years. Bundaberg rum smells of Demerara sugar, molasses, spices, pepper and plenty of Oak. The taste is more of dry oak and spice combined with brown sugar sweetness.
Best way to drink it: Some people simply enjoy having Bundaberg Rum with cola and Ice in a Tall glass with a lemon slice.
