Product Description: The foggy and wind-swept slopes of Carneros region is an ideal place for growing Pinot Noir variety of grape which loves the cool climate. A great care is taken to grow this variety as it needs extreme care as the variety is very delicate and fragile. This wine is deep red in colour, bright and expressive with a zip of acid balanced by lovely flavours of plum. It has a nose of black cherry and Tart red cherries and has hints of violets dried leaves and a touch of Oak. This wine pairs well with Pork Tacos and Chicken Marsala.
Best way to drink it: Serve at 12-15 Degree Celsius.
Recommended Glass: Bigger Bowled Glass. This helps more air to come in contact with the wine thereby enhancing the notes and taste.
