Vermouth is a typical Alpine fortified wine from France, macerated by using Alpine plants, flowers and spices in White Wine. Dolin Rouge (Red) making a highly guarded secret recipe and it is known to be made from a unique blend of 30 to 40 spices and botanicals like coriander, hyssop, rhubarb, and curacao. Dolin Rouge has a coppery tinge colour, gentle aromas of fruit compote of prunes and walnuts with grassy notes tempered by aromas of Szechwan Pepper along with pear, cinnamon, gingerbread, tobacco oregano.
