Product Description : A product of Marlborough, New Zealand – The Nest Sauvignon Blanc is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc Grapes variety in the Central Wairau region. The grapes are sourced from selected vineyards across Marlborough and the grapes are harvested in the night to retain fresh fruit character. The fruit is pressed off with minimal skin contact. The juice is cool fermented in stainless steel containers for fresh, clean character. A bright clear wine with hues of green is dry in nature. It has a nose of apricot kernel with Cape Gooseberry and sweet grapefruit. The taste is crisp citrus fruit laced with blackcurrant and soft tropical notes.
Best Way to Drink : Serve at 8-12 Degree Celsius.
Recommended Glass : Narrow mouth glass should be used to drink White Wine. The glass has to be held at the stem to keep the wine cool and avoid exchange of body warmth with the glass.
