Product Description: Highland Park 18 years is crafted at the Highland Park Distillery in Kirkwall, Orkney since 1798. Age, experience of the team and respect for tradition defines this whisky but it is some magic in Orkney that makes it different and bring in wild harmony of flavours found in this whisky. This whisky is matured in a high proportion of first-fill sherry seasoned American and European oak casks. Highland Park 18 is a perfect medley of ripe cherries dusted with bittersweet cocoa, freshly harvested honeycomb and candied orange peel. There is a slight salty seaspray of Orkney in the aromatic peat smoke. Bright gold in colour this scotch brings out flavour of cherries, dark chocolate, Toffee, marzipan, Heather honey and peat smoke.

Best Way to Drink: The best way to drink a scotch is to have it neat at room temperature or you can also drink it on the rocks or with plain water. Combine it with sea food cooked in Indian spices (Cardamom & ginger) to bring out the taste of this scotch during a meal.
