Product Description: Ki No Bi Kyoto is the 1st Japanese Gin to be made in Kyoto. Ki No Bi means “Inspired by Seasons” in Japanese. This gin is created using Japanese botanicals such as Yellow Yuzu, Akamatsu wood chips (Red Pine), bamboo, gyokuro tea and green sansho berries (pepper corns). The spirit base used for Ki No Bi is rice and pure ground water. The art of blending is unique as it enable to separate the botanical flavour in the gin in 6 distinctive elements – Base, Citrus, Fruity, Tea, Herbal, Spice and Floral.
Best Way to Drink: Gin and Tonic are a commonly known way to drink Gin. A many prefer to mix it with Fever Tree Tonic Water. It can be used to make some wonderful cocktails.
