Product Description: Chardonnay is the very soul of Ruinart. This grape variety, mainly harvested from the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims terroirs, is at the heart of Ruinart. The blend is 100% Chardonnay from various years (20% to 25% of which are reserve wines of previous 2 years). The first impression on the nose is the ripe citrus fruits followed by white flower and fruits (white peaches, pineapple). A beautiful pale yellow colour with gentle green reflection and active effervescence with persistent bubbles. A perfect combination with Seafood.

Best way to drink: Serve it chilled but not Ice Cold. Serve it closer to 0 degree at 2-3 Degree Celsius.
